Turn the summer learning gap into a summer learning gain!
Summer is here at last! The team at Raising A Reader MA has summer plans to keep children learning and loving books. We've developed series of story times in the park to help families have regular opportunities for shared reading this summer. We offer these story times on a weekly basis to build routines filled with interactive opportunities to share books during the warmest months.
In the fall, over 12,000 children and families will be sharing books when school resumes, through our red bag program.
Daily routines can change quite a bit in the summer, having a huge impact on the important skills and knowledge children have learned throughout the year. Please help us ensure that children don't lose the momentum they have built in our programs during the school year.
